What is Mindful Experience Retreat Afternoon?
Every month, Mad 4U hosts an opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, learn something new, and invest in self care at a mini Afternoon Retreat. These events run from 1pm – 5pm in MU 256 and bring some of the Valley’s most well thought of practitioners, healers, yogis, and teachers. Come experience something from one of the world’s great faith paths or healing modalities. Or just come for the great vibes and sense of community!
