|Monday||12noon – 1pm – Shari teaches mindfulness skills for stress management.|
|Tuesday||4pm – will be student led.|
|Wednesday||12noon – 1pm – Prof.Ed Brantmeier, in collaboration with the ICSP & CFI. These sessions will be focused on “Contemplative Practice for Self-Care”!
Also Wednesdays – 5pm – 6pm: Grayson Pritchard of Blue Heron Healing Arts joins Mad 4U to teach Inner Martial Arts & QiGong also in MU 419. (starts Sept. 4th!)
|Thursday||4pm – Professor Karin Tollefson Hall with creative contemplations.|
|Friday||12 noon – Yoga Nidra every Friday. The meditation on complete non effort!|
