Joyce Bentz has been working with Conference Services for over 18 years. Joyce is very easy-going, fun-loving, and people-oriented. Her best assets are her customer service skills and her ability to communicate easily with a variety of people. These skills enable Joyce to help clients plan their conferences or events, ensuring that each person finds the best deal for their needs.
Joyce graduated with a Marketing degree from James Madison University in 1988.
Before she joined the conferencing team, Joyce worked in the Harrisonburg Pregnancy Center as the development director, handling their events and fundraising. Previously, she was the Alumni Chapters’ Coordinator for the JMU Alumni Relations.
Joyce’s experience shows that she is able to assist clients in every event detail from start to finish. “My job is different every day. I never have two days alike,” Joyce laughs.
