Madison Meditates daily – MWF at noon in The Meditation Room, MU 419, and TTh at 12:30 – 1:30, also in The Meditation Room, MU 419. No experience necessary.
Koru – a four session mindfulness based class aimed at navigating the tasks young adults face, helping them cope with anxiety, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Fall Semester ’18 class starts Sept.11th and runs through Oct.2. The second offering will begin on Oct. 16 and run weekly through Nov. 13th, also in MU 304 at 4:30pm – 6pm.
