Annual Student Organization Re-Registration
Your group will be required to re-register on the beinvolved.jmu.edu site from March 20,2013 until April 26,2013.
You will be able to complete this registration by using the re-registration tab displayed under your organization’s beinvolved.jmu.edu webpage.
This will be very important for your group to remain recognized through the next school year. Below is a list the required items:
• A faculty/staff advisor present on your page
• An updated constitution
• A Hazing Compliance Form on file from this year
• An updated roster of your members
• A primary contact person.
This will also serve as your eligibility and registration for Fall 2013 Student Org. Night.
Organizations who are not able to comply with the registration process will be deemed inactive and may be subject to reapply for recognition again.
