Harrisonburg Transit is owned and operated by the City of Harrisonburg. Funding is provided by James Madison University, Virginia Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Transportation and the City of Harrisonburg.

Card Services guarantees superior and comprehensive service to all users of the JMU “JACard,” and to deliver a competent system that will integrate the multiple aspects of the student's life.
Center for Multicultural Student Services (CMSS)

JMU Event Planning's goal is to make the planning and execution of your event run as smoothly as possible, while providing outstanding customer service. They assist organizations in hosting events on the JMU campus.

We assist with identifying and obtaining resources to finance higher education, deliver funds in a timely and equitable manner, and educate, so that informed financial decisions can be made.

Interfaith Chapel
A non-denominational chapel that provides a spiritual oasis right in Taylor Hall.
JavaCity
A coffeeshop in Taylor Down Under offering flavored coffees, espresso, smoothies, iced beverages, bagels, jumbo muffins, cakes, sparkling cold drinks and light menu fare.
JMU Post Office
The JMU Post Office houses 5700 mailboxes for on-campus students. The post office is located in a central location, in Warren Hall, and is in a convenient spot for students to send and receive mail on a daily basis.
Kijiji
A program for students to discover more about themselves and connect with other students who share similar hopes and dreams for making a positive impact on the world around them.
Madison Grill
A premier full-service bistro experience featuring fresh, seasonal, creative foods cooked to order for guests located on the 5th floor of Warren Hall.
Madison Union Operations
This department deals with the operation of all of the events and organizations inside of Madison Union. They are located at the 2nd floor entrance of Madison Union, formerly known as Warren Hall.
Office of Technology and Design
We offer web technology, graphic design, photography and marketing support for departments that are within University Unions.
Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar assists students with registration, course adjustment, transcript and diploma issuance, and graduation, among other student needs.
Outriggers
Outrigger Peer Educators are students who are dedicated to assisting campus and community organizations through facilitation. Outriggers develop individualized and interactive programs catered to the specific needs of the requesting organization.
