New Online Event Request Procedures
The Event Management Team is pleased to announce a new procedure for submitting online event requests. We have purchased new scheduling software and will be launching it on Monday, March 25, 2013 at 8:00am*.
The current Madison Union Event Request Form and Festival Event Request Form which can be accessed from this site, will become unavailable at 12:00pm on Friday, March 22. This will allow our schedulers to process any outstanding requests prior to taking new requests on Monday morning.

*If the University has a delayed opening due to inclement weather, the software will become available at the time the University opens.
