Routine Event Requests begin March 25, 2013
University schedulers representing Madison Union (Taylor/Warren/Grafton Stovall) and Festival Conference & Student Center facilities will accept Fall 2013 – Spring 2014 ‘Routine’ event requests on a 1st COME, 1st SERVED basis beginning Monday, March 25, 2013 at 8:00am. Routine events are those events supporting the day to day work of the University (i.e. staff meetings, committee meetings and planning sessions.)
The Event Management Team is happy to announce that we are accepting Routine Event requests online using our new scheduling software. If you are submitting a Routine Event Request for the first time, contact Sue Burket (540-568-6867) or Megan Driver (540-568-7901) to request a user account.
Please refer to the Dates to Remember for 2013-14 for a listing of major university wide events that have already been scheduled.
