Whether it’s an outdoor patio for a casual group activity or a sports arena for a competition, we can provide the space your conference needs.  Many of our athletics fields are available for conferences to use during the summer for sporting activities, team building exercises, and outdoor learning experiences.  The amphitheater is an open area with stadium style seating that is conducive for speakers and concerts.  The arboretum provides a serene setting for picnics, lectures or guided tours of the garden.  We can provide portable audiovisual equipment for most spaces to help make your event memorable.

Harrisonburg and the surrounding area provide a wealth of opportunities for recreation.  The community parks include walking trails and shared-use trails for biking and cross-country running, an outdoor pool and even a disc golf course.  Massanutten Resort is 30 minutes from town, and the Shenandoah National Park is a short drive away.  Local options for indoor recreation include a roller skating arena, bowling alley, movie theater and many unique shopping venues.
